- Your pricing policy, followed. We honor your suggested retail price (MSRP), minimum advertised price (MAP) and any channel restrictions you set.
- Accurate listings. We use your approved product information and images, and never create duplicate or altered listings.
- Genuine, new product only. Everything we sell is new, in original packaging, and bought through channels you approve. Opened, damaged or expired stock is never sold as new.
- Your channels, your call. We sell only on the channels you approve, whether that is a marketplace, our own online store or both, and we stop selling on any channel you ask us to.
- Fast response to brand requests. Listing changes or removals you request are made within 48 hours.
- Traceable inventory. We keep the invoice and lot records for every unit we sell, so any item can be traced back to its source.
- Careful fulfilment. Orders are packed to arrive in the condition your customers expect, and customer questions are answered promptly.
- Prompt payment and clear records. Purchase orders, invoices and payments are documented and on time.

Questions brands and distributors ask us
Where does NabZap sell?
We sell to customers across the United States online: through our own online store, which is launching soon, and through established marketplaces where a brand allows them. Each brand decides where its products appear, and we share our full channel list and storefront links when we open an account. We are also open to wholesale and physical retail partnerships for the right product lines.
Do you follow minimum advertised price (MAP) policies?
Yes. We honor your MAP policy, your suggested retail price and any channel restrictions you set, on every channel we sell on.
How do you list our products?
On marketplaces, we add our offer to your existing product pages, using your titles, images and identifiers, and we do not create duplicate or altered listings. On our own store, we use your approved images and product information.
What documents can you provide?
A Georgia resale certificate, our federal EIN and Form W-9, our Georgia business registration, trade references, and links to our online storefronts. Ask and we will send them.
How are orders fulfilled?
Through marketplace fulfilment programs and directly from our own stock in Georgia. Everything ships new, in original packaging.
What size of orders do you place?
We open with a test order sized to your minimums, then reorder based on how the product sells. Tell us your minimum order and case-pack sizes and we will work to them.
How long has NabZap been operating?
NABZAP LLC was founded in Georgia in 2026. We are a young company, led by a founder with more than 22 years of experience in finance, compliance and operations.
